ABSTRACT
Parturition is not advanced (chephalopelvic disproportion) is a
complication of pregnancy that cause maternal and child mortality in the world.In
Asia parturition does not forward is a major cause of maternal mortality and
cesareanr.Caesarean section is chosen to reduce maternal mortality and fetal in
patients with disproportion chephalopelvic indication.Research has to done to
determine the prevalence of cesarean deliveries over the indications of parturition
is not advanced in Dr.Pringadi field Hospital during 2012 .
This is a descriptive study with cross sectional design. With samples
obtained through total sampling method whereby all patients who did not
progress parturition cesarean deliveries in hospitals during 2012 Dr. Pringadi
Field used as subject penelitian. Data-data obtained from data existing in the
patient's medical record .
Of the 51 study subjects who gained the most cesarean section patient
parturition is not developed as many as 24 people ( 47.1 % ) , aged 20-34 years
as many as 42 people ( 82 % ) . Generally they have a high school educatiotion (
42orang , 82 % ) . majority of them working as a housewife ( 43orang , 84 % ) .
Mostly with gestational age > 37 weeks ( full-term ) as many as 47 people ( 92.2
% ) , parity 0 ( 26 , 50.98 % ) , as well as maternal and fetal parameters all alive

51 people ( 100 % ) .
From this study it can be concluded that the prevalence of cesarean
delivery with no indication of chephalopelvic disporportion is the most advanced
with the 20-34 years age last high school education , worked as a housewife ,
gestational age > 37 weeks ( full-term ) , had children less than 1 , as well as
maternal and fetal parameters alive .
