Hubungan Morfologi Bleb Trabekulektomi Dengan Tekanan Intraokular Pada Pasien Glaukoma Primer

CORRELATION BETWEEN BLEB TRABECULECTOMY MORPHOLOGY
WITH INTRAOCULAR PRESSURE IN PRIMARY GLAUCOMA

ABSTRACT

Purpose: To evaluate the correlation between bleb morphology and intraocular pressure in
primary glaucoma post trabeculectomy patients

Methods: A serial prospective analytic study based on follow up time was conducted.
Trabeculectomy surgery were done in 21 eyes primary glaucoma patients. Intraocular
pressure was measured by non-contact tonometer method meanwhile bleb morphology
grading was assessed using standard photograph taken from Moorfields Bleb Grading
System (MBGS). Evaluation for IOP and bleb morphology were done on day 1,7,14 and
30 post operatively.

Result: Twenty-one subjects (twelve angle closure and nine open angle primary glaucoma)
were followed-up for 1 month. In this study, most age > 60 years 42,9%. All subjects had
IOP < 21mmhg on the 1,7,14 day although one subjects reached IOP > 21mmhg
(25mmhg) on the 30 day. There was tendency of increasing mean IOP meanwhile all
variabel of morphology bleb (central demarcated and maximal area, height,
vascularization) had decreasing gradation in average. Statistical analysis is only the first

day in a central area associated with IOP (p 21 mmhg (25mmhg) pada hari ke-30. Ada
kecenderungan peningkatan rerata IOP pada semua variabel morfologi bleb (area sentral
dan area maksimal, ketinggian, vaskularisasi) serta rata rata penurunan gradasi. Pada
