SISTEM INFORMASI RESERVASI KAMAR HOTEL GRAND LABANA
BERBASIS WEBSITE
ABSTRAK
Perkembangan teknologi dewasa ini sangatlah pesat terutama di bidang informasi. Hal
ini disebabkan oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan manusia akan informasi yang cepat dan
akurat. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu
dunia bisnis salah satunya adalah bisnis perhotelan. Dalam dunia perhotelan terdapat
istilah reservasi yaitu pemesanan kamar oleh konsumen. Sistem ini dibuat melihat
kesulitan tamu-tamu dalam memesan kamar hotel melalui jarak jauh karna belum
tersedianya sistem pemesanan online di hotel tersebut. Sistem ini dibangun dengan
bahasa pemrograman PHP dan PhpMyAdmin sebagai sebuah tools untuk membantu
mengelola basis data MySql serta text editor Sublime Text 3. Sistem informasi reservasi
kamar dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi receptionist dan pelanggan hotel dalam
melakukan pemesanan kamar. Selain itu pengunjung juga dapat memperoleh segala
informasi fasilitas yang ada di Hotel Grand Labana.

ABSTRACT
The development of technology today is very rapid, especially in the field of
information. This is due to the increasing human need for fast and accurate information.
With the development of technology is expected to help the business world one of them
is a hotel business. In the world of hotel there is a reservation term that is booking a
room by the consumer. This system is made due to the difficulty of guests in booking
hotel rooms via long distance and unavailability of online booking system at the hotel.
This system is built with PHP programming language and PhpMyAdmin as a tool to
help manage MySql data base and text editor Sublime Text 3. Room reservation
information system can provide convenience for the receptionist and hotel customers in
making reservations. In addition, visitors can also get all the information facilities that
exist in Grand Labana Hotel.
