was aimed
at understandingtle making of planning. The iibrary research
method was
conductedto studythe relatedtheoryaboutplanning.
From the study, it can be concludedthat Planningprograms
at Maritime
andFisheryserviceSemarang
city consistsof the followiig programs:
, 1- Therrpgradingprogramfor fishermenand farmer's prorpirity
The program consistsof two activities: giving iechnology
aid to
managethe fishery products and givrng aid of ruttOr for faLer
and
fishermen.
2. The development
programfor fisheryresources.
This program consists of seven activities: Developing
fishery

cultivation, rehabilitation and revitalization of coastal area, riising
the
flshermenkngwiedgeand skiil, efficiencyof Economycoast community,
developingthe

licensing of fishery, giving education
