4.1 Conclusion
After the writer furfills the description in
the previous chapter, the
writer takes severalconclusionsas follows:
1. Planning programs at Maritime and
Fishery Service semarang city is
made basedon the perspectiveand mission

to get the results in accordance

with the target.
2' In making the planning progranu, Maritime
and Fishery service Semarang
city made an analysis towards strengtll weakness,
opportunity, and threat
(SWOT analysis).
3' Planning programs at Maritime and
Fishery servicl

consistsof three programs,The programs
are:

a' The upgrading program for fishermen
and farmer,s prosperity.
This program consistsof two activities
as follows:
1) Giving technology aid to managethe
fishery products;

Giving aid of funds for farmer and fishermen_

b. The developmentprogram for fishery resources.
This program consistsof sevenactivities
as written bellow:
l) Developing fishery cukivation;
2) Rehabilitation and revitar izationof

coastalarea;
3) Raisrngthe frshennenknox\eilge and ski\\;

4) Effrciency ofEconomy Coast Community;
5) Developing the community's fishpond;
6) Giving exertion increasinglicensing of fishery;
7) Giving education and training for community to

c. The increasing program for media and infrastructure.
There are five activities in this program as follows:
1) Fish Greenhouseincreasingand development;
2) Establishment and development of media and infrastructure
of

fishery production;

3) UpgradinganddevelopingFishDisembarkation;
4) Increasingmediaandinfrastructureof fish production;
5) Spreadinginformationof MaritimeandFisherypotentials.

As an input which can probably be considered by Maritime
and
Fishery Service Semarangcity, the writer gives the following
suggestions:
1' It would be better if all of the staff at Maritime and
Fishery Service
SemarangCity more appreciatethe time and obey the rules
of office, for
example coming into work and leaving the office appropriate
with the
work schedule.
2' It would be better if Maritime and Fishery Service Semarang
City increase

the cooperationwith the communitv.
