  Punggung Bawah Pada Perawat Bedah Rumah Sakit Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Bermaksud akan melakukan kegiatan penelitian sebagai rangkaian studi saya pada

Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Tujuan dari

penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor non ergonomi yang menyebabkan nyeri

punggung bawah pada perawat bedah rumah sakit Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Tahun 2013.

  Peneliti mohon kesediaan Saudara untuk menjadi responden penelitian ini dengan

memberikan jawaban yang sejujur jujurnya atas kuesioner yang diajukan. Kuesioner ini semata-
