Pupuk Organik Cair terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Kedelai (Glycine max
(L.) Merril.) Varietas Wilis di Jatinangor. Di bawah bimbingan Tati
Nurmala dan Ruminta.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis pemberian inokulan Rhizobium
dan Pupuk Organik Cair yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai.
Percobaan dilakukan pada bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2011 di Kebun Percobaan
Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor dengan ketinggian 754 m
dpl. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok
(RAK) Faktorial. Perlakuan terdiri dari dua faktor dengan masing-masing faktor
terdiri dari tiga taraf. Faktor pertama adalah pemberian dosis inokulan Rhizobium
yang terdiri dari i1 = 1 g/kg benih, i2 = 5 g/kg benih dan i3 = 9 g/kg benih. Faktor
kedua adalah pemberian konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair yang terdiri dari p1 = 1
ml/L air, p2 = 3 ml/L air, dan p3 = 5 ml/L air. Percobaan diulang sebanyak tiga
kali, dengan demikian terdapat 27 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa pemberian inokulan Rhizobium dosis 5 g/kg benih
memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah bintil akar efektif. Untuk

pemberian


pupuk organik cair tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman
kedelai.

This research aims at getting a dose of granting inokulan rhizobium and Liquid
Organic Fertilizer the best on the growth of soybean and the result. The
experiments were conducted from June until August 2011 at the Experimental
station of Agriculture Faculty, University of Padjadjaran, Jatinangor with a height
of 754 m above sea level. Experimental design used was Randomized Block
Design (RBD) factorial pattern. Treatment consists of two factors with each
consisting of three levels. The first factor was the dose of inokulation of

rhizobium differ from i1 = 1 g / kg seeds, i2 = 5 g / kg seeds and i3 = 9 g / kg seeds.
The second factor is concentrate of Liquid Organic Fertilizer differ from p1 = 1
ml/L, p2 = 3 ml/L, and p3 = 5 ml/L. The experiment was repeated as many as 3
times, so that there are 27 experimental units. The results showed that granting of
inokulan Rhizobium dose of 5 g / kg of seed to give effect to the number of
effective nodules. For the dosing of Liquid Organic Fertilizer had no influential
on the growth and yield of soybean.
