ANALISIS PEMANFAATAN DANA CSR PTPN III TERHADAP
PERKEMBANGAN UMKM DI KOTA MEDAN

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pemberian bantuan
CSR terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah
penelitian Explanatory yang menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independen
dengan dependen dan menguji hipotesis yang telah dibangun sebelumnya.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh pelaku UMKM yang tergabung
dalam program Kemitraan PTPN III di Kota Medan sebanyak 90, seluruh populasi
dijadikan sampel. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural equation
modeling (SEM). SEM adalah suatu teknik modeling statistik yang bersifat sangat
cross-sectional, linear dan umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
Corporate Social Responsibility Goal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan
signifikan terhadap perkembangan nilai Original Sample estimate sebesar 18,1
%. Corporate Social Responsibility Issue memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan
signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM nilai Original Sample estimate sebesar
71%. Corporate Relation Program merupakan variable yang memiliki pengaruh
yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM dengn nilai Original
Sample estimate sebesar 13,4 %.

THE ANALYSIS ON THE INFLUENCE OF THE USE OF CSR FUNDS OF
PTPN III ON UMKM DEVELOPMENT IN MEDAN

ABSTRACT

The objective of the research was to analyze the effect of giving CSR aid
on UMKM development. The research was explanatory which analyzed the
correlation between independent variables and dependent variable and tested the
hypothesis. The population was 90 UMKM participants who participated in PTPN
III partnership in Medan, and all of them were used as the samples. The data
were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), a statistic modeling
technique which was highly cross sectional, linear, and general. The result of the
research showed that Corporate Social responsibility Goal had positive and
significant influence on the development of original sample estimate value of

18.1%. Corporate Social responsibility issue had positive and significant
influence on the UMKM development of original sample estimate value of 71%.
Corporate Relation Program was the variable which had positive and significant
influence on UMKM development with the Original Sample estimate of 13.4%.
