the researcher distributed the questionnaires in class XII and made a transcript of the result of the questionnaire to be analyzed.
F. Data Analysis Technique
Firstly, the researcher analyzed the data of teacher’s interview to see the characteristics of the students, the procedure of delivering English language
lesson and the problem faced by the students in the class. Then the researcher read the response of the questionnaire carefully. The researcher then continued to
calculate the percentage of each response. Then, the result of the calculation was put in the table and discussed based
on four categories in the questionnaire. The categories were based on the research questions that the researcher had. The students who had positive perception on the
use of recorded performance tended to choose strongly agree SA and agree A
columns. It also indicated that the use of Randall’s ESL Cyber Listening Lab helps them to improve their listening skill. Moreover, the students who had
negative perception tended to choose disagree or strongly disagree.
