   Menguasai dan memahami teori-teori manajemen yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan perkotaan.  Menguasai dan memahami metodologi penelitian bidang manajemen pembangunan perkotaan.  Menguasai dan memahami masalah-masalah perkotaan, serta mampu menganalisis secara terpadu dan memecahkan masalah-masalah perkotaan didasarkan pada manajemen pembangunan perkotaan secara terpadu.

   Mampu mengembangkan konsep-konsep manajemen pembangunan kota yang didasarkan pada kearifan lokal serta ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku.  Mampu mengembangkan pengetahuan bidang manajemen pembangunan perkotaan melalui penelitian dan kajian yang dilakukan secara mandiri maupun dalam bimbingan dosen.
