ABSTRACT

This Research aims to develop the correlation of job satisfaction with work life
balance in UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study
using population studies as a total population. The instrument uses the scale job
satisfaction and work life balance using the Likert Scale as answers. Subjects in
this study were UIN have totaling 55 all women. Based on test results indicating
data normality normal distribution, but the results test show a linear then for it in
testing hypotheses using correlation analysis product moment and obtained
correlation coefficient of -0.178 with a significance of 0.000
