berjudul “Hubungan Antara Informasi Pada Website www.sukabumikota.go.id
Dan Kebutuhan Informasi Karyawan Tentang Pemerintahan Kota Sukabumi”

Pemerintahan Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini di bawah bimbingan Dr. Susie
Perbawasari, M.Si sebagai pembimbing utama dan Diah Fatma Sjoraida, S.E.,
M.Si sebagai pembimbing pendamping.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara
informasi yang dicari dan informasi yang dihindari dengan kebutuhan kognitif,
afektif, integrasi personal, dan integrasi sosial karyawan Pemerintah kota
Sukabumi.
Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode korelasional dengan teknik analisis
yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis inferensial.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini information seeking. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah karyawan Sekretariat Pemerintah kota Sukabumi dengan
jumlah 178 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling acak
berstrata kemudian diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 orang karyawan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa informasi pada website
www.sukabumikota.go.id mempunyai hubungan yang cukup berarti dan
signifikan dengan kebutuhan informasi karyawan tentang pemerintahan kota
Sukabumi. Adanya hubungan yang terkait dengan kebutuhan kognitif, afektif,
integrasi personal, dan integrasi sosial karyawan Pemerintah kota Sukabumi.
Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah informasi pada website
www.sukabumikota.go.id cukup memenuhi kebutuhan informasi karyawan
tentang pemerintahan kota Sukabumi.
Saran yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini kepada pihak pengelola
website www.sukabumikota.go.id adalah agar lebih bersifat terkini dalam setiap
materi, informasi yang disajikan di tambahkan foto-foto lebih banyak lagi, dan di
kembangkan lagi kualitas isi informasi agar informasi pada website
www.sukabumikota.go.id disajikan bervariatif dan kebutuhan informasi karyawan
dapat terpenuhi.

relation between informations from www.sukabumikota.go.id website and
employee needs about informations of Sukabumi government” is a study about the
correlation between informations from www.sukabumikota.go.id website and
employee needs about informations of Sukabumi government. This research is
conducted below the guidance of Dr. Susie Perbawasari, M.Si as the main
supervisor and Diah Fatma Sjoraida, S.E., M.Si as the second supervisor.
The research has a purpose to get to know how relation between
informations searched and informations that avoided by cognitiveand affective
needing, personal integrations and social integrations of Sukabumi city
Goverments employees.
The method used in this research is correlational, while descriptive,
analytical and inferential are used in analyze the data. The theory that used in
this research is information seeking theory. Population of the research is 178
people as they are all government Secretariat employee of Sukabumi. The
sampling technique used in this research is stratified random sampling technique
and then total of sample is 62 employees.
The result of this research indicate that information on the website
www.sukabumikota.go.id have a significant relationship with a significant and
employees about the information needs of the city government of Sukabumi.
Relationship associated with cognitive needs, affective, personal integration, and
social integration of Sukabumi city government employees.
The conclusion of this research, information provided by
www.sukabumikota.go.id are sufficient to meet the information needs of
employees about Sukabumi Government.
The suggestions come from this study that related for the website
www.sukabumikota.go.id manager are to be more “up to date” on every
material, providing more pictures for every information and increasing the
quality of informations on www.sukabumikota.go.id so it become more varied and
suitable for employees.
