UJI AKTIVITAS IMMUNOMODULATOR TUMBUHAN KANTONG SEMAR

ABSTRACT
The activity of immumodulator from extract of (Nepenthes mirabilis L) related was
observed by carbon clearance method;counting amount of blood leukocyte cells, as a non
spesific test and also spleen weight scaling, calculation for amount of lymphocyte cells and total
spleen cells as specific test. Extract of Nepenthes mirabilis was given to the white mice orally,
for 6 days.
Result that (Nepenthes mirabilis. L), extract effective as immunostimulant, both
specifically and non specifically with 5 dosage variations,: 0, 10, 30, 100 and 300 mg/kg BW.
