Tauhid merupakan inti dari ajaran Islam, oleh sebab itu wajib bagi setiap muslim yang
beriman untuk mengetahui dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai yang terkandung didalamnya.
Implementasi pendidikan tauhid harus dimulai sejak dini, sebab dengan pemahaman tauhid
yang benar serta mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari secara istiqâmah akan
berpengaruh positif terhadap segala aktivitas kehidupan seorang muslim. Oleh sebab itu,
Rasulullah Saw. senantiasa mengiringi dakwahnya dengan menanamkan ketauhidan terlebih

dahulu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa hal
yang sangat urgen dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan tauhid di suatu lembaga
pendidikan. Pertama, kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan tauhid di SD
IT Dar Fathimah Binjai Utara Sumatera Utara. Kedua, perilaku keteladanan guru dalam
mengimplementasikan pendidikan tauhid di SD IT Dar Fathimah Binjai Utara Sumatera
Utara. Ketiga, Model pembelajaran PAI dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan tauhid di
SD IT Dar Fathimah Binjai Utara Sumatera Utara.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif
kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi
dokumentasi. Kemudian dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis
kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menginformasikan beberapa hal. Pertama, kompetensi guru dalam
mengimplementasikan pendidikan tauhid di SD IT Dar Fathimah Binjai Utara Sumatera Utara
dilihat melalui empat kompetensi dasar yang telah dimiliki oleh guru meliputi kompetensi
pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, dan sosial. Kedua, prilaku keteladanan guru dalam
mengimplementasikan pendidikan tauhid di SD IT Dar Fathimah Binjai Utara Sumatera Utara
dilihat melalui prilaku keteladanan yang tercermin dari sikap, sifat dan kepribadiannya yang
islami, serta terlihat dari bentuk pengamalan terhadap nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam
Alquran dan Hadits. Ketiga, model pembelajaran PAI dalam mengimplementasikan
pendidikan tauhid di SD IT Dar Fathimah Binjai Utara Sumatera Utara terlihat dari penerapan

model pembelajaran yang sangat menarik perhatian siswa, memotivasi dan membangkitkan
antusias siswa, yaitu melalui penerapan model pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif,
dan menyenangkan sebagaimana biasa disingkat dengan istilah “PAIKEM”. Model
pembelajaran dengan sistem ini ditampilkan oleh guru PAI dengan beragam metode dan
teknik pembelajaran.

Tawhid is the core of the teachings of Islam, therefore it is obligatory for every
Muslim who believe to know and practice the values contained therein. Implementation of
tawhid education should start early, because with the correct understanding of tawhid and
apply it in our daily life are committed and will be a positive influence on all the activities of
a Muslim's life. Therefore, the Prophet Muhammad Saw. always accompanied his preaching
by instilling the Tawhid first. Based on this statement, the goal of this research is to find out
very urgent things to implement tawhid education in an educational institution. First, the
competence of teachers in implementing tawhid education in Integrated Islamic Elementary
School (SDIT) Dar Fatima, North Binjai, North Sumatra. Second, the exemplary behavior of
teachers in implementing tawhid education in Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT)
Dar Fatima North Binjai, North Sumatra. Third, Islamic Education learning model in
implementating tawhid education in Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Dar Fatima
North Binjai, North Sumatra.
This study is a Qualitative study by using qualitative descriptive method. The process
of data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the
researchers in analyzing the data using qualitative analysis techniques with measures of data
presentation, data reduction, and conclusion.
The results of the study to inform some important things. First, the competence of
teachers in implementing tawhid education in Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT)
Dar Fatima, North Binjai, North Sumatra seen through four basic competencies possessed by
teachers include pedagogical, personal, professional, and social. Second, the exemplary
behavior of teachers in implementing tawhid education in Integrated Islamic Elementary
School (SDIT) Dar Fatima, North Binjai, North Sumatra seen through exemplary behavior
that is reflected in the attitude, and the nature of the Islamic personality, as well as the look of
the form of the practice of the values contained in the Qur'an and Hadith. Third, Islamic
Education learning model in implementing tawhid education in Integrated Islamic Elementary
School (SDIT) Dar Fatima, North Binjai, North Sumatra seen from the application of learning
models are very interesting students, motivate and arouse enthusiasm of students, namely
through the application of active learning model, innovative, creative, effective, and fun as it
is commonly abbreviated as "PAIKEM". The learning model with this system shown by
Islamic Education teacher with a variety methods and techniques of learning.
