PEMBATALAN OIEH PESERTA
1. Semua uang muka/booking fee yang telah dibayarkan tidak dapat di
kembalikan
2. Pembatalan dari tanggal 15 Januari 2O1O sld 5 Maret 2010 dikenakan
biaya kepesertaan sebesar 50% dari total biaya.
3. Pembatalan sesudah tanggal 5 Maret 2010 dikenakan biaya kepesertaan 100% (wajib dilunasi)
Formulir ini tidak bedaku sebagai bukti pembayaran.
Pembayaran dengan Cek/Bilyet Giro dianggap sah, setelah dana bisa

3. Phase lll, final term of 20% shall be received by pT. Mediatama Binakreasi
on not later than March 5,2010
CANCE LLATI O N O F PARTIS PAN O N
1. The down payment/paid booking fee shall be not refundable.
2. Any of the exhibitors cancels his or her panicipation in the exhibition
during the period from lanuary 15, 2010 to March 5,2010 shall be
subject to a cancellation fee of 50o/o of the total cost.
3. Any of the exhibitors cancels his or her participation in the exhibition
exceeding the maximum period as referred to in point #2 (March S,2OlO)
shall be subjed to cancellation fee of I 00o/o of the total cost.
