PEMANFAATAN TWITTER BLURadio DALAM MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN INFORMASI MAHASISWA JATINANGOR.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengenai bagaimana pemanfaatan “twitter BLURadio” dalam
memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mahasiswa yang berada dalam wilayah
jatinangor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan
“twitter BLURadio” dalam memenuhi pendekatan informasi mutakhir,
pendekatan informasi rutin, pendekatan kebutuhan informasi mendalam dan
pendekatan kebutuhan informasi sekilas para mahasiswa Jatinangor. Metode yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang memberikan
gambaran serta memaparkan variabel-variabel objek yang menjadi penelitian.
Teknik pengambilan datanya melalui angket, wawancara, dan studi pustaka.
Untuk populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah followers “twitter BLURadio” dan
teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik
ini mengambil sampel siapa saja yang ada atau yang kebetulan ditemui.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dengan memanfaatkan
“twitter BLURadio” memenuhi pendekatan kebutuhan informasi mutakhir,
pendekatan kebutuhan informasi rutin, pendekatan kebutuhan informasi
mendalam dan pendekatan kebutuhan informasi sekilas para mahasiswa
Jatinangor.

ABSTRACT

This study is about utilization of “twitter BLURadio” in fulfill information needs
of students in Jatinangor. The purpose of this study is to examine the utilization of
“twitter BLURadio” in fulfill the current information approach, routine
information approach, the approach needs in-depth information and an overview
the approach to the needs of glance information of students in Jatinangor. The
method which used in this research is descriptive method that provides an
overview and describes the object variables into research. Data collected through
questionnaires, interviews and literature. For the population in this study is the
followers' of twitter BLURadio" and sampling using accidental sampling
technique. These techniques take samples of anyone who is or who happens to be
found. Based on the research results can be seen by utilizing the "twitter
BLURadio" meet the information needs of current information approach, routine
information approach, the approach needs in-depth information and an overview
the approach to the needs of glance information of students in Jatinangor.
