Analisis Daya Saing Ekonomi Kabupaten Labuhanbatu

ABSTRACT
The purposive of the reasearch is for analysing some elements which
influence and be determinant of economic competitiveness in Labuhanbatu in
2015. Thisresearch is using Analytical Hierarchy Process Method (AHP). This
will be using purposive sampling method, this research uses primary data which it
will be using quetioneres and interview over 30 respondens, it consists it
parlement, teachers,publics,birocration,nonbanking, and businessman.
The result of the research is the element which the most influential factor
determining economic competitiveness in Labuhanbatu is Infrastructur of physical
which it has value of weigth 0,289, and then regional economic (0,231), labor and
productivity (0,216), institutional (0,143), and in the last position is social politic
(0,122)

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang
mempengaruhi dan menjadi penentu daya saing ekonomi Kabupaten Labuhanbatu
pada tahun 2015 dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process
(AHP). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan kuisioner dan wawancara
terhadap 30 responden yang terdiri dari anggota DPR, pengajar, masyarakat
umum, birokrasi, perbankan, non perbankan, dan pengusaha.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, faktor yang paling berpengaruh
dalam penentuan daya saing ekonomi di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu yaitu faktor
infrastruktur fisik yang memiliki nilai bobot sebesar 0,289. Kemudian diikuti oleh
faktor perekonomian daerah (0,231), faktor tenaga kerja dan produktifitas (0,216),
faktor kelembagaan (0,143), dan pada posisi terakhir adalah faktor sosial politik
(0,122).
