PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SEIKYO INDOCHEM BANDUNG

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap
kinerja karyawan PT. Seikyo Indochem Bandung, pengaruh disiplin kerja
terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Seikyo Indochem Bandung, pengaruh lingkungan
kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Seikyo Indochem Bandung.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan
kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Seikyo Indochem
Bandung 40 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan populasi. Pengumpulan data
menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik
analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.
Pada taraf signifikansi 5%, hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa disiplin kerja
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja
memberikan pengaruh sebesar 32,3% terhadap kinerja karywan PT. Seikyo
Indochem Bandung. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar
32,1% terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Seikyo Indochem Bandung. Disiplin kerja
dan lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 64,4% terhadap kinerja
karyawan PT. Seikyo Indochem Bandung.
