PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN LATAR
BELAKANG KELUARGA TERHADAP MINAT

IT MARINAH AL-HIDAYAH
MEDAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan
kewirausahaan dan latar belakang keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa
SMK IT Marinah Al-Hidayah Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Sampel
dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 siswa yang terdiri dari 2 kelas (X dan XI) dan 3
jurusan. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi
berganda dengan nilai signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
secara simultan, pendidikan kewirausahaan dan latar belakang keluarga
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK IT
Marinah Al-Hidayah Medan. Secara parsial pendidikan kewirausahaan
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dan latar
belakang keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat
berwirausaha.

ABSTRACT
THE EFFECT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION AND FAMILY
BACKGROUND ON STUDENT ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION
IN SMK IT MARINAH AL-HIDAYAH MEDAN

The aims of this study is to know the effect of entrepreneurship education
and family background on entrepreneurial intention. This research is associative
research. This research sample is which amounts to 69 students from 2 classes (X
and XI) and 3 consentration. The hypotheses in this research is analysed using
multiple regression analysis with significance value of 5%. The results showed
that simultaneous, entrepreneurial knowledge, family factors, and personality
factors significantly take effect on the interest in entrepreneurship on management
entrepreneurship consentration student of faculcity of economics and business
university of north sumatra. Partially, entrepreneurship education had positive and
significant effect to the entrepreneurial intention and family background had
positive and significant effect to entrepreneurial intention.
