HUBUNGAN PENGGUNAAN PUBLIC ADDRESS BROADCAST DENGAN LOYALITAS KARYAWAN PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA, TBK.

Komunikasi- Jurusan Hubungan Masyarakat, Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Penggunaan
Public Address Broadcast dengan Loyalitas Karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk”.
Penelitian ini dibawah bimbingan Dr. Suwandi Sumartias dan Yustikasari, S.Sos, M.I.Kom,.
sebagai pembimbing pendamping.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan Public Address
Broadcast dengan loyalitas karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode korelasional. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 137
karyawan yang terpilih secara sampel strata pada divisi karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi
Indonesia, Tbk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket, melalui
wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Teori yang digunakan adalah Integrasi
Informasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Public Address Broadcast memiliki
hubungan yang signifikan dengan variabel Y yaitu loyalitas karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi
Indonesia, Tbk.
Simpulan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara
valensi informasi dan bobot penilaian media internal Public Address Broadcast dengan
loyalitas karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk.

Peneliti menyarankan agar Departement of Corporate Communication and Affair
selaku penanggung jawab kegiatan Public Address Broadcast dapat meningkatkan
keakuratan, ketepatan, dan nilai relefan dari informasi yang disampaikan agar maksud dari
pesan yang disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

ABSTRACT

communication Sciences-Department of public relations, the study entitled "The use of Public
Address Broadcast Relationship with the loyalty of employees of PT Telekomunikasi
Indonesia, Tbk". This research under the guidance of Dr. Suwandi Sumartias M.Si and
Yustikasari, S., M.I.Kom, Sos. as a supervising Companion.
This research aims to know the relation of the use of Public Address Broadcast by the loyalty
of employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. This study used correlational method.
Analytical techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferensial techniques.
This study employs correlational method, with data collection techniques in the form
of questionnaires, which were distributed to 137 employees who voted by their divisions
based on strata sampling method.. Descriptive analysis technique and inferential statistic
analysis was used in the data processing. Information Integration of Theory was used in the
research discussion. . Data collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and

literature studies.
The result from this research is that The use of Public Address Broadcast has a
significant relationships with the loyalty of employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk.
The conclusions of the research shows that there is a significant relationship between
the valence of information and media assessment weighting internal Public Address
Broadcast by the loyalty of employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk.
Based on the results of this study, the researchers suggested that the Department of
Communication and Corporate Affairs as the person in charge of activities in a Public
Address Broadcast can improve accuracy, precision, and value of relefan from the
information submitted that the intent of the message can be received well and as expected.
