  • Dosis streptozotocin = 60 mg/kg berat badan tikus Sprague dawley
  • Volume pemberian larutan NaCl 0,9% = 3,6 ml
  • Perhitungan = dosis x berat hewan = 60mg/kg BB x 200 gram BB = 60 mg/kg BB x 0,2 kg BB = 12 mg dalam 3,6 ml buffer sitrat untuk tiap-tiap tikus

  • - Dosis Nicotinamid = 120 mg/kg berat badan tikus Sprague dawley

  1.3. Perhitungan Pembuatan Larutan Stok Streptozotocin

Konsentrasi larutan stok yang digunakan yaitu 5 mg/ml. Dibuat dengan menimbang 50 mg

streptozotocin kemudian dilarutkan dengan buffer sitrat pH 4,5 hingga 10 ml.

  1.4. Perhitungan Dosis Susu Fermentasi yang Diminumkan pada Hewan Uji Tikus Perhitungan = dosis minum rata-rata manusia x 0,08 (tabel konversi) = 200 ml x 0,018

  = 3,6 ml
