Implementasi Metode Simple Additive Weighting dan Weighted Product Model Dalam Pemilihan Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar di Kota Medan

ABSTRAK

Dalam menentukan bimbingan belajar yang ada di kota Medan menjadi suatu masalah
untuk siswa-siswa dalam menentukan pilihan ketika kita ingin melaksanakan
bimbingan belajar. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan antara lain, Biaya,
Fasilitas, Jumlah Pertemuan, Jumlah Lulus Ke PTN, dan Jumlah Pengajar. Sistem ini
mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Weighted
Product Model (WPM), di mana dengan metode SAW masalah yang kompleks dapat
dengan mudah disederhanakan sehingga mempercepat proses keputusan, metode
WPM merupakan metode dengan cara perkalian untuk menghubungkan rating atribut,
dimana rating setiap atribut harus dipangkatkan dulu dengan bobot atribut yang
bersangkutan. Hasil perhitungan kedua metode akan dibandingan dengan data dari
setiap masing-masing lembaga bimbingan belajar di kota Medan. Berdasarkan metode
Simple Additive Weighting Ganesha Operation (GO) terpilih sebagai bimbingan
belajar terbaik. Sedangkan metode Weighted Product Model Quantum yang terpilih
menjadi bimbingan belajar terbaik.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING AND
WEIGHTED PRODUCT MODEL METHOD ELECTION IN LEARNING
COURSE IN MEDAN CITY
ABSTRACT

In determining the learning guidance in Medan becomes a problem for the students to
make a choice when they want to carry out the learning guidance. Based on the
criteria that have been chosen such as fees, facilities, number of meeting, number of
students who passed into universities, and the number of teachers. This system uses
Simple Additive Weigthing method (SAW) and Weighted Product Model (WPM), in
which by using the SAW method, the complex problems can easily be simplified so
that it can speed up the decision process, while WPM is a method by means of
multiplication to connect rating attributes, where each attribute rating should be raised
first with the corresponding attribute weights. The result of the two calculation
method will be compared with data from each individual tutoring agencies in Medan.
Based on the result of studies by using Simple Additive Weighting method, Ganesha

Operation (GO) was selected as the best learning guidance. Whereas by using the
Weighted Product Model method, the Quantum selected as the best learning guidance.
