Penerapan Safety Talk dan Kejadian Kecelakaan Kerja PT. Waskita Karya Pekanbaru Tahun 2015
ABSTRAK
Telah di lakukan penelitian di Proyek Perpanjangan Landasan Pesawat
Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim II PT. Waskita Karya Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penerapan Safety Talk
di Proyek
Perpanjangan Landasan Pesawat Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim II. Safety talk terdiri
dari Safety moring,Safety Afternoon, Safety Night dan Safety Induction.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskritif
menggunakan metode wawancara berstruktur. Informan dalam penelitain adalah
pihak manajemen Proyek Perpanjangan Landasan Pesawat Bandara Sultan Syarif
Kasim II PT. Waskita Karya Pekanbaru. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini
sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil yang di peroleh di analisis secara deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan safety talk yang dilakukan
Proyek Perpanjangan Landasan Pesawat Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim II PT. Waskita
Karya Pekanbaru masih belum maksimal dan harus di tingkatkan untuk penerapannya
dikarenakan masih ada safety yang tidak wajib dilakukan dalam pelaksaan proyek
yaitu Safety Afternoon .Pada Proyek Perpanjangan Landasan Pesawat Bandara Sultan
Syarif Kasim II PT. Waskita Karya Pekanbaru mengalami dua kecelakaan kerja pada
proyek yang terjadi selama tahun 2014 - 2015. Penerapan safety talk sebaiknya
dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan wajib dilaksanakan ke 4 safety tersebut karena
dengan adanya safety talk kejadian kecelakaan kerja dapat di cegah.
Di sarankan bagi perusahaan PT. Waskita Karya perlu Komitmen dari pihak
manajemen dan para pekerja untuk melaksanakan penerapan safety talk secara
disiplin dan tepat waktu dan melakukan ke 4 safety talk secara menyeluruh dan wajib
di masa yang akan datang.

ABSTRACT
Research has done on Airstrip Airport Extension Project Sultan Syarif Kasim II
PT. Waskita Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how the Application Safety
Talk in Airstrip Airport Extension Project Sultan Syarif Kasim II. Safety talk
consisted of Safety moring, Safety Afternoon, Night Safety and Safety Induction.
Research of type use in used in this study was is descriptive used structured
interview method. Informants is management Airstrip Airport Extension Project
Sultan Syarif Kasim II PT. Waskita Pekanbaru. The number of informants in this
study as many as 5 people. The results obtained in the descriptive analysis.
The results showed that the application of the safety talk conducted Airstrip
Airport Extension Project Sultan Syarif Kasim II PT. Waskita Pekanbaru still not up
and should be improved for implementation of safety because there are not
mandatory in the implementation of the project is Safety Afternoon .At Airstrip
Airport Extension Project Sultan Syarif Kasim II PT. Waskita Pekanbaru experience
working on the project two accidents that occurred during the years 2014 - 2015. The
implementation of safety talk should be done thoroughly and shall be implemented to
4 safety because safety talk with the occurrence of workplace accidents can be
prevented.
Are suggested for the company PT. Waskita need commitment from
management and workers to implement a disciplined application of the safety talk
and timely. 4 to perform a thorough safety talk and performed in every project that is
implemented in the company should be mandatory safety talk implementation in
future
