Keberhasilan Perseroan melaksanakan program efisiensi ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan laba usaha dan EBITDA, sekalipun mengalami penurunan pendapatan usaha dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Selain itu, minimnya pengurangan jumlah karyawan yang dilakukan oleh Direksi dalam menjalankan program efisiensi juga merupakan suatu hal yang sangat diapresiasi oleh Dewan Komisaris.
Dewan Komisaris telah mempelajari rencana kerja yang disusun Direksi Perseroan untuk tahun buku 2016, dan telah memahami prospek usaha yang telah dipaparkan oleh Direksi Perseroan. Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perseroan tersebut cukup realistis dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Kami juga optimis bahwa target pertumbuhan usaha pada tahun buku 2016 yang dikemukakan oleh Direksi Perseroan akan dapat dicapai dengan baik.
Sebagai bagian dari penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang baik atau Good Corporate Governance (GCG), kami senantiasa mendorong Direksi agar implementasi GCG dapat ditingkatkan secara berkesinambungan di seluruh tingkatan dan jenjang organisasi untuk memaksimalkan nilai Perseroan, dengan cara meningkatkan prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab dan kelayakan sehingga Perseroan memiliki daya saing yang kuat. Disamping itu, salah satu bentuk penerapan GCG yang telah dilakukan adalah pembentukan Komite Audit serta Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi yang berfungsi mendukung secara efektif pelaksanaan tugas Dewan Komisaris dalam fungsi pengawasan terhadap Perseroan.

We are also optimistic that the growth target of business in the financial year of 2016 presented by the Board of Directors of the Company, would be well-achieved.
As part of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), we continue to encourage the Board of Directors so that GCG implementation could be improved on all levels and the levels of the organization in order to maximize the value of the Company by increasing the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility and feasibility, so that the Company would have strong competitiveness. Meskipun Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai usaha dan mengeluarkan berbagai macam paket kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam negeri, data terakhir Bank Indonesia mencatat bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi di tahun 2015 hanya akan berkisar 4,9% atau meleset dari yang telah ditargetkan sebesar 5.7%.

On behalf of Board of Directors, firstly we thank to The Almighty God for His blessings and gifts in the year of 2015, the Company successfully survived, though this year was a challenging year for the Company. With the various developments in the domestic and global levels, that particularly left an impact on the oil and gas industry nationwide and to the Company as well.
The Company’s performance in fiscal year of 2015 inseparable with the deceleration of domestic economic growth and uncertainty over the oil and gas industry as a result of the weakening of world oil prices along 2015.
The slow growth in domestic economy is the impact of world economic growth deceleration, particularly the countries which have a great influence on it. Though the Government has made great efforts and issuing various packages of encouragement that intend to arouse the domestic economic growth, Bank of Indonesia recorded that the economic growth in 2015 would only
be around 4.9% or miss-hit from the targeted as 5.7%.

Di sisi lain, kebijakan Bank Indonesia untuk mempertahankan tingkat suku bunga acuan sebagai langkah antisipatif atas ketidakpastian kenaikan suku bunga bank sentral Amerika Serikat, ternyata belum cukup membawa Rupiah untuk kembali menguat terhadap US Dolar. Rupiah sendiri pada akhirnya melemah 11% di akhir tahun 2015 dibandingkan akhir tahun 2014. Tingkat suku bunga acuan yang masih tinggi juga pada akhirnya membuat ruang gerak pelaku bisnis dalam negeri juga menjadi terbatas, meskipun pada akhirnya sanggup menekan laju inflasi hingga 3,35% atau lebih kecil dari yang ditargetkan sebesar 5%.
Sementara kondisi bisnis di sektor minyak dan gas bumi dalam negeri di tahun 2015 mengalami penurunan yang lebih tajam dibandingkan tahun 2014. Hal ini merupakan imbas dari terus menurunnya harga minyak dunia selama tahun 2015. Penurunan ini menyebabkan terdapatnya penundaan tender atas proyek yang akan dikerjakan dan pengurangan utilisasi atas kontrak yang tengah berjalan.
Meskipun menghadapi sejumlah tantangan yang berat di sepanjang tahun 2015, Perseroan berhasil membukukan laba usaha sebesar Rp 154,6 M atau meningkat 2,7% dari laba usaha tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 150,6M. Pencapaian lainnya adalah EBITDA Perseroan mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 212,9 M atau tumbuh 3,9% dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 204,8 M. Namun di sisi lain, terjadi penurunan pada pendapatan usaha sebesar Rp 1,59 T, turun 12,8% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 1,83 T.

The condition of local oil and gas industry business in 2015 has depreciated more than in 2014. It was one of the impacts of continues decrease in the world oil prices throughout 2015. This depreciation led to the delayed tender for projects that should be done and a reduction in utilization over the ongoing contract.
Notwithstanding with plentiful of serious challenges throughout 2015, the Company successfully accounted the operating profit as Rp 154.6 billion or increase 2.7% from the previous operating profit as Rp 150.6 billion. The other achievements are the Company’s EBITDA increased as USD 212.9 billion, up to 3.9% from the previous year as Rp 204.8 billion. In contrary,
a depreciation of revenue was Rp 1.59 trillion, down to 12.8% compared to the previous year as Rp 1.83 trillion.

Penurunan pendapatan terjadi di semua segmen usaha Perseroan. Hal ini disebabkan karena hingga saat ini bisnis utama Perseroan adalah sebagai penyedia jasa pendukung untuk sektor migas, sehingga dengan anjloknya bisnis migas selama tahun 2015, jelas berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Perseroan. Dalam hal ini Perseroan telah melakukan beberapa langkah antisipatif dengan mencanangkan program efisiensi semenjak awal tahun 2015. Efisiensi ini tidak hanya mencakup dalam hal pengelolaan proyek akan tetapi juga dalam pengendalian biaya operasional. Salah satu bentuk keberhasilan dari efisiensi ini adalah meningkatnya margin laba kotor Perseroan dan meningkatnya laba usaha Perseroan di tahun 2015.
Situasi yang ada saat ini juga membuat Perseroan masih tidak berencana melakukan pengembangan- pengembangan bisnis lebih lanjut dan tetap fokus kepada segmen bisnis yang ada saat ini. Selain itu, masih tingginya tingkat suku bunga pinjaman dan fluktuasi nilai tukar Rupiah terutama terhadap US Dolar juga membuat Perseroan masih “wait and see” dalam melakukan pengembangan bisnis selanjutnya.
Dalam menghadapi kendala-kendala Perseroan, kami tidak berpretensi memiliki semua solusi. Akan tetapi kami berkeyakinan bahwa, sekurang-kurangnya, derap langkah usaha Perseroan haruslah seiring dan seirama dengan berbagai kepentingan dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan Perseroan.
The revenue depreciation has appeared in all of business segments of the Company. It was because the main business of the Company is a provider of support services for the oil and gas sector, so the collapse of oil and gas business along 2015, definitely affected the Company’s revenue. In this case, the Company has taken several anticipatory steps by campaigned the efficiency program since early 2015. It was not only about projects management, but also about operational cost management. One of the achievements of this efficiency was the increasing of Company’s gross profit margin and Company’s operating profit in 2015.
This latest condition made the Company has no plan in developing other business and focus more in existing business segments. Besides, the high of the interest rate and exchange rate fluctuation of Rupiah against US Dollar, made the Company in “wait and see” condition in developing the forthcoming business.
In facing the difficulties, the Company sometimes dealing with problems with difficult solution. Nonetheless, the Company belief that at least, the enormous of Company’s action must be in line with the concerns of all stakeholders of the Company.
