Abstract
Quality of care in a hospital is highly dependent on the perceptions of patients, although the quality of service
can be judged from the ive principles of Service Quality. Medical records section is one form of care in the
hospital is very important, part of which was irst utilized so that the patient is always in the spotlight, it
does not directly affect the image of the hospital. This study goals to determine the relationship Perception
on the Quality of Care Patient medical records Utilization Interests Birthday With Care medical record
on Medical Record Unit of Banda Aceh Meuraxa hospital. Samples are patients who use medical records
service parts totaling 97 people taken by accidental. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires
on June 16-July 4, 2015. Processing and analysis of data with a computerized system with statistical test
Chi-square (÷), degrees of freedom (df) 1, the level of signiicance (á) 0.05 (5%) , The study found patients’
perception of service quality medical records are mostly located in the Good category is 51 people (52.6%)
and 82 people or 84.5% said it would re-utilize medical record service. P-value = 0.028 (
