Abstract
Nurse characteristic, work load and nurse accountability to documentins
constitute factor that regards to motivate nurse in perform upbringing
documentation to care. To the effect from research it is subject to be knows
factor which the most is engaged nurse motivation in documents upbringing to
care. jenisan is this research is descriptive analitic, with approaching cross
sectional one that intent word relationship among characteristic, work load and
accountability by motivates nurse in documentation's performing upbringing to
care and factor that regards it at RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. Respondent in
observational it as much 112 executor nurses. Result observationaling to find
dominant utmost factor the most is engaged nurse motivation be marital status
and workload, with p value = 0. 046 (OR 3.242), for marital status and p value =
0.049 (OR 2.306). for work load. Its mean is variable marital status and nurse
work load made by predictor to motivate nurse in documentation upbringing to
care. Recommendation of this research is nurse motivation in documentation's
performing more optimized by system repair, empowerment nurse via increasing
education, training about upbringing to good and right care to increase nurse
motivation in perform documentation to care.
