Solusi persamaan diferensial gerak untuk mendapatkan nilai simpangan y(t)
pada perioda getar Tn dan rasio redaman  yang tertentu dengan pilihan
metoda-metoda integrasi numerik, sbb:

 Langkah 6:
Plot kurva displasemen-waktu atau buat kurva spektrum perpindahan. Tentukan
nilai maksimum absolut perpindahan untuk perioda fundamental dan rasio
redaman tertentu.

Hitung percepatan spektra berdasar simpangan maksimum absolut SD yang
diperoleh, menggunakan rumus:

Plot spektra akselerasi yang diperoleh untuk peroda getar Tn dan
rasio redaman  yang tertentu.
 Langkah 8:
Karena spektra akselerasi yang diplot pada langkah 7 hanya merupakan suatu
spektrum percepatan tunggal (yaitu untuk perioda getar Tn tertentu dan rasio
redaman x), maka spektra akselerasi untuk perioda fundamental struktur lainnya
harus dikerjakan mulai Langkah 3. Jadi prosedur pembuatan respons spektrum
