Pengetahuan Ibu Nifas Tentang Tehnik Menyusui Yang Benar Di Desa Sei
Kopas Kecamatan Bandar Pasir Mandoge Tahun 2015
Abstrak
Latar belakang : Berdasarkan survey demografi dan kesehatan indonesia bahwa
angka cakupan ASI eksklusif mencapai 32,3%. Ibu yang memberi ASI eksklusif dan
55% ibu yang menyusui mengalami mastitis, puting susu lecet,dan dapat
mengakibatkan bayi bingung puting hal tersebut di sebabkan karena tehnik menyusui
yang tidak benar.
Tujuan penelitian : Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang tehnik
menyusui yang benar
Metodologi : Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan menggunakan
pendekatan cross sectional. jumlah sampel 32 ibu nifas dengan tehnik total sampling.
Tehnik pengumpulan data memberikan kuesioner. Analisa data dengan cara analisa
univariat. Lokasi dan waktu penelitian Di Desa Sei Kopas Kecamatan Bandar Pasir
Mandoge pada bulan November-Juni 2015.
Hasil penelitian : Menunjukkan bahwa 16 responden (50,0%) memiliki pengetahuan
kurang, 14 responden (43,8%) memiliki pengetahuan cukup dan 2 responden (6,2%)
memiliki pengetahuan baik.
Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan mayoritas ibu nifas
memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang tehnik menyusui yang benar. Dilihat dari item
pertanyaan, bahwa item yang paling tinggi dijawab benar responden hanya 65,6 %
yaitu tentang langkah pertama menyusui dan penyebab tidak menyusui dengan benar.
selebihnya 10 item hanya dijawab benar 21,9 % - 50 % tentang cara melepaskan
isapan bayi dengan benar, posisi menyusui yang sesuai untuk ibu dengan bayi
kembar, posisi menyusui yang sesuai untuk ibu pasca caesar, untuk mengetahui
bahwa bayi telah menyusui dengan benar, tehnik memeras ASI yang benar, gambar
yang menunjukkan tehnik menyusui yang benar, dan gambar yang menunjukkan
tehnik menyusui yang salah.

Postpartum Maternal Knowledge About Breastfeeding Technique True

Abstract
Background: Based on the demographic and health survey Indonesia that the number
of exclusive breastfeeding coverage reached 32.3%. Exclusive breastfeeding mothers
and 55% of mothers who breastfeed have mastitis, nipple blisters, and can result in
the baby nipple confusion that is caused due to incorrect breastfeeding techniques.
Objective: To determine the level of knowledge of techniques breastfeeding mothers
postpartum about true
Methodology: The study used a descriptive cross sectional approach. the number of
samples 32 puerperal women with total sampling technique. Techniques of data
collection questionnaire. Analysis of the data by means of univariate analysis. The
location and time of the study in the village of Sei Kopas District Bandar Pasir
Mandoge in November-June 2015.
Result: Indicates that 16 respondents (50.0%) have less knowledge, 14 respondents
(43.8%) have sufficient knowledge and 2 respondents (6.2%) had a good knowledge.
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study concluded the majority of post partum
mothers have less knowledge about proper breastfeeding techniques. Judging from
the items of questions, that the highest item of respondents correctly answered only
65.6% which is about the first step of breastfeeding and the causes are not
breastfeeding properly. the remaining 10 items were answered correctly 21.9% - 50%
on how to release the baby's sucking properly, appropriate feeding position for
mothers with twins, feeding position that is suitable for post-Caesarean mother, to
know that the baby has been breast-feeding correctly, engineering expressing milk
right, the image that shows the correct breastfeeding technique, and images showing
the wrong breast-feeding technique.
