PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. ANEKA PRODUKSI NUSAJAYA

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan
Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Aneka Produksi Nusajaya.
Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi
linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja
berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap
Kinerja Karyawan, dan secara bersama-sama Disiplin Kerja dan Pengawasan
berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Aneka Produksi Nusajaya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and
Supervision of the Employee Performance PT. Various Production Nusajaya.
Collecting data using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear
regression. These results indicate that the effect on the Work Discipline Employee
Performance, Monitoring influence on employee performance, and jointly Work
Discipline and Supervision affect the Employee Performance PT. Various
Production Nusajaya.
