Towards New Perumnas
Perjalanan Perumnas adalah sebuah perjalanan panjang. Sebagai BUMN yang
dibentuk untuk melayani sektor perumahan, Perumnas terus melakukan pembenahan
dan perbaikan. Sebuah transformasi yang dilakukan untuk menuju Perumnas Baru
yang lebih modern, dinamis, lincah, namun tetap membumi. Menjelang usia 40 tahun
pada tahun 2014 nanti, di tahun 2012 kami melakukan berbagai perubahan mendasar.
Kami telah memiliki Visi, Misi dan Core Values yang baru, kami meluncurkan berbagai
proyek strategis, kami menciptakan model bisnis baru dan melakukan pemutakhiran
seluruh proses bisnis di kantor pusat, regional dan cabang.
Perumnas berkeyakinan, akan terus berkembang di masa mendatang untuk menjadi
Great Company.
Perumnas journey is a long journey. As a state own enterprises that was formed to serve the
housing sector, Perumnas continues to make improvements and repairs. A transformation is
done to get to the New Perumnas that is more modern, dynamic, agile, yet remain grounded.
By the age of 40 years old in 2014, in 2012 we did a variety of fundamental change. We have
had a new Vision, Mission and Core Values, we launched various strategic projects, we are
creating new business models and updating the entire business process at headquarters,
regional and branch.
We believes, we will continue to grow in the future to be a Great Company.

Riwayat Perusahaan
Corporate History
Perumnas adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) berbentuk Perum (Perusahaan
Umum) yang modalnya 100 persen adalah milik Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan
mengemban misi khusus. Didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 29
Tahun 1974. Guna menjawab dinamika perubahan yang terjadi di luar maupun di dalam
perusahaan maka keberadaan Perumnas diatur kembali melalui PP Nomor 12 tahun 1988.
Perumnas is a State-Owned Business Enterprises (BUMN) in the form of Perum (Public
Company) whose capital is owned 100% by the Indonesian Government and carry out special
missions. It was established under the Government Regulation (“PP”) No. 29 Year 1974. In order
to response the dynamic changes that occur both inside and out the Company, the existence of
Perumnas was rearranged through Government Regulation No. 12 Year 1988.
Enam belas tahun kemudian seiring dengan lahirnya Undang Undang No 19 tahun 2003
tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), maka PP pendirian Perumnas disempurnakan
melalui PP No. 15 tahun 2004 tanggal 10 Mei 2004. Perubahan mendasar yang diatur
dalam PP tersebut tercermin pada pasal 2 sampai dengan pasal 12 yang antara lain
mengatur tentang : Sifat, Maksud dan Tujuan didirikannya Perusahaan, Kegiatan dan
Pengembangan Usaha, Modal, Pembentukan Anak Perusahaan, Pengerahan Dana
Masyarakat dan lain-lain.

Riwayat Perusahaan
Corporate History
Perumnas adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) berbentuk Perum (Perusahaan
Umum) yang modalnya 100 persen adalah milik Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan
mengemban misi khusus. Didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 29
Tahun 1974. Guna menjawab dinamika perubahan yang terjadi di luar maupun di dalam
perusahaan maka keberadaan Perumnas diatur kembali melalui PP Nomor 12 tahun 1988.
Perumnas is a State-Owned Business Enterprises (BUMN) in the form of Perum (Public
Company) whose capital is owned 100% by the Indonesian Government and carry out special
missions. It was established under the Government Regulation (“PP”) No. 29 Year 1974. In order
to response the dynamic changes that occur both inside and out the Company, the existence of
Perumnas was rearranged through Government Regulation No. 12 Year 1988.
Enam belas tahun kemudian seiring dengan lahirnya Undang Undang No 19 tahun 2003
tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), maka PP pendirian Perumnas disempurnakan
melalui PP No. 15 tahun 2004 tanggal 10 Mei 2004. Perubahan mendasar yang diatur
dalam PP tersebut tercermin pada pasal 2 sampai dengan pasal 12 yang antara lain
mengatur tentang : Sifat, Maksud dan Tujuan didirikannya Perusahaan, Kegiatan dan
Pengembangan Usaha, Modal, Pembentukan Anak Perusahaan, Pengerahan Dana
Masyarakat dan lain-lain.
