(Studi Terhadap Karyawan di Sebuah MNC Di Indonesia)

Abstract
This research is aimed to study the employee's perception about
discrimination at their workplace according to Equal Employment
Opportunity. The discrimination studied are consist of Age Discrimination,
Disability Discrimination, Gender Discrimination, Race-Based Discrimination,
Religious discrimination and Sexual Harrasment.
There are about 91 employees whom work at one of multi national
corporation in Indonesia, participated in the study.
The result of the
research shows that certain discrimination such as Disability Discrimination
and Gender Discrimination are reported exist in their workplace by
respondents. Most of the discrimination are related to human resources
management practices such as recruitment and selection, performance
analysis, compensation rate and carrier development.
The research also shows that discrimination may cause employees feel
that their morality are insulted. Besides, it also may decrease employees
motivation and productivity.
