Pengaruh Pendelegasian Wewenang dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sumatera Utara

“PENGARUH PENDELEGASIAN WEWENANG DAN KOMITMEN
ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN
PERUM BULOG DIVISI REGIONAL
SUMATERA UTARA”
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh
pendelegasian wewenang dan komitmen organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja
karyawan perum bulog divisi regional sumatera utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan
terhadap karyawan perum bulog divisi regional sumatera utara dan jumlah
sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 47 responden. Hasil penelitian secara serempak
menunjukkan bahwa pendelegasian wewenang dan komitmen organisasi
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan perum bulog
divisi regional sumatera utara. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa
pendelegasian wewenang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi
kerja karyawan. Dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan perum bulog divisi regional sumatera utara.
Nilai R-Square adalah sebesar 0,569 yang berarti 56,9% faktor yang berpengaruh
terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh pendelegasian wewenang
dan komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 43,1% dapat
dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini.

“THE INFLUENCE OF DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY AND
ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT ON EMPLOYEE
PERFORMANCE IN PERUM BULOG REGIONAL
DIVISION NORTH SUMATERA”

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of delegation of
authority and organization commitment on employee performance in Perum
Bulog Regional Division North Sumatera. This study was conducted on the
employee in Perum Bulog Regional Division North Sumatera and the number of
samples as many as 47 respondents. The result of the study showed that
simultaneously, delegation of authority and organization commitment have
positive and significant influence on employee performance in Perum Bulog
Regional Division North Sumatera. The partial test result showed that delegation
of authority has positive and significant influence on employee performance, and
organization commitment has positive and significant influence on employee
performance in Perum Bulog Regional Division North Sumatera. Rated R Square

is equal to 0.569 , showed that 56.9 % of the factors that influence on employee
performance can be explained by delegation of authority and organization
commitment. While the remaining 43.1 % can be explained by other variables not
examined by the study.
