kartu imunisasi yaitu Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS)
Setiap pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap dapat
dilakukan di posyandu, Puskesmas, praktek bidan
atau praktek dokter.
Walaupun tempat pelayanan imunisasi jauh ibu
tetap akan mengimunisasikan anak ibu

Setiap anak harus diimunisasi lengkap sebelum
berusia 1 tahun
Pemberian imunisasi tidak harus sesuai dengan
jadwal yang diberikan
Pemberian imunisasi pada bayi bukan untuk
menimbulkan kekebalan terhadap penyakit tertentu.

tidak perlu memberikan imunisasi selanjutnya.
Setiap ibu harus membawa anaknya ke pelayanan
kesehatan untuk diberikan imunisasi dasar lengkap

Agar jadwal 1 tahun imunisasi teratur, tepat waktu
dan lengkap pada balita, maka kepada ibu diberikan
kartu imunisasi yaitu Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS)
Setiap pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap dapat
dilakukan di posyandu, Puskesmas, praktek bidan
atau praktek dokter.
Walaupun tempat pelayanan imunisasi jauh ibu
