ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan pemustaka
terhadap ketersediaan koleksi di “Pojok Jawa Barat” BAPUSIPDA Provinsi Jawa
Barat. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi relevansi, kelengkapan, dan kemutakhiran
koleksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif
survei. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan studi
pustaka. Teknik sampling menggunakan insidental sampling, dengan jumlah
populasi sebanyak 97 orang dan sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Data disajikan dengan
menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi relatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan pemustaka dilihat dari aspek relevansi koleksi
adalah relevan, dari aspek kelengkapan koleksi adalah lengkap dilihat dari subjek
koleksi dan bentuk penyajian informasinya dan cukup banyak dilihat dari jumlah
eksemplar dan jumlah judul koleksi buku, dari aspek kemutakhiran koleksi adalah
tidak mutakhir.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine how users response to the availability of
collections in “Pojok Jawa Barat” BAPUSIPDA West Java. The aspects which
were studied are relevance, completeness, and recent collections. This research
uses descriptive quantitative survey method. The data collected by questionnaires,
interviews, observation, and literature study. This research also uses incidental
sampling, by 97 people population and 50 people sample. The data are presented
using the relative frequency distribution table. Conclusion of this research
showed users response viewed from collections relevance aspects are relevant,
from completeness aspects the collections are complete viewed from subject
collections and form presentation also pretty much collections viewed from the
number of copies and book titles, but recent collections are not sophisticated.
