CONCLUSION
Based on the result of the interview and three days observation that are described and
explained in chapter III, the using of electronic mail for correspondence and filing system
(saving documents in email) is effective for the administrative works because by using those
medias, the works run faster, easier, and can achieve both the expected result and time. The
secretary is helped to handle and controlled all the administrative things.
