Abstract
The service providers must improve their network service so that the network’s
signal can reach the customer’s area. The problem that the providers usually have is to
determine where they should build the new Base Transceiver Station Tower. Therefore,
it’s needed a system that has ability to analyze the right place to build the BTS. The aim
of this research is to build a system with ELECTRE method that would help the BTS
division to determine the location to build the new BTS. The conclusion is priority value
that would be considered to choose an appropriate location for the new BTS
development.

Abstrak
Para operator dituntut lebih maksimal dalam menjangkau kebutuhan para
pelanggannya. Masalah yang sering dihadapi adalah penentuan lokasi untuk
membangun sebuah menara Base Tranceiver Station BTS baru. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan
suatu sistem yang mempunyai kemampuan analisa pemilihan lokasi BTS yang tepat.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sitem dengan metode
ELECTRE yang dapat membantu bagian BTS untuk menentukan lokasi pembangunan
BTS baru. Kesimpulannya adalah nilai prioritas yang dapat dipertimbangkan untuk
memilih lokasi yang sesuai untuk pembangunan BTS baru.
