PENGARUH SPIRIT OF ENTREPRENEUR TERHADAP KINERJA
USAHA
PARA PENGUSAHA SALON KECANTIKAN
DI DAERAH PADANG BULAN
MEDAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis
pengaruh variabel self directed, self nurturing, action oriented, highly
energic, dan tolerant of uncertainty, terhadap kinerja usaha.Penelitian ini
mengumpulkan bukti-bukti empiris.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
seluruh pelaku usaha Salon Kecantikan di daerah Padang Bulan Medan
yang sampai saat ini berjumlah 43 Pelaku usaha
Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode
regresi linear dengan software SPSS, diketahui pengaruh variabel self
directed, self nurtirng, action oriented, highly energic, dantolerant of
uncertainty terhadap pasar memiliki pengaruh simultan yang signifikan
terhadap kinerja usaha.Pengaruh yang terjadi antara variabel self nurturing
dan action oriented, secara parsial, terhadap kinerja usaha, signifikan, dan
berpengaruh

positif.

Sementara

variabel

self

directed,

highly

energic,dantolerant of uncertainty terhadap kinerja usaha berpengaruh
positif, namun tidak signifikan.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of variable selfdirected, self-nurturing, action oriented, highly energetic, and tolerant of
uncertainty, the performance of the business. This research collects
empirical evidence. The population in this study are all entrepreneurs
Beauty Salons in Padang Bulan area of Medan, which until now
numbering 43 business agent
Based on the results of data processing using linear regression
method with SPSS software, known variables influence of self-directed,
self nurtirng, action oriented, highly energetic, and tolerant of uncertainty
on the market have simultaneous significant influence on the performance
of the business. The influence that occurs between the variables selfnurturing and action oriented, partially, on the performance of the
business, a significant and positive effect. While the variable self-directed,

highly energetic, and tolerant of uncertainty to the positive influence
business performance, but not significantly.
