TERHADAP LALAT BUAH

ABSTRAK
Minyak atsiri rimpang kunyit (Curcuma longa. L) telah diisolasi dengan metode
hidrodestilasi menggunakan alat Stahl selama ±4-5 jam menghasilkan minyak
atsiri 0,30% (b/b). Komponen kimia minyak atsiri rimpang kunyit dianalisis
menggunakan GC-MS menunjukkan ada 7 senyawa, yaitu alfa-felandren, paracimen, 1,8 cineol, benzen metil, benzen,1,3,5-trimetil-, beta-tumeron, dan, alfatumeron. Dimana komponen utamanya adalah beta-turmeron 66,18%, alphaturmeron 17,06%, 1,8-sineol 8,57%, alpha- fellandren 6,49%. Uji pestisida nabati
dilakukan dengan metode perbandingan konsentrasi. Uji pestisida nabati minyak
atsiri rimpang kunyit (Curcuma longa. L) menunjukakan mortalitas lalat buah
(Bactrocera sp.) tertinggi sebesar 100% pada konsentrasi 3% (v/v) dan 2% (v/v).

ABSTRACT
The essential oil of turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa. L) has been isolated by
hydrodestilation method using Stahl tool for ± 4-5 hours yields 0.30% (b / b)
essential oil. The chemical components of essential oil of turmeric rhizomes
analyzed using GC-MS indicate that there are 7 compounds, namely alphafelandren, para-cimen, 1,8 cineol, benzen methyl, benzen, 1,3,5-trimethyl-, betatumeron, and, Alpha-tumeron. The main components are beta-turmeron 66,18%,

pesticide test done by comparison method of concentration. Vegetable pesticide

2% (v / v).
