Letters of Interest, LoI’s by potential Dutch providers will be based on the information in this outline. It is therefore essential that the information provided is complete and up to date. When attaching additional pages with information make sure to relate them to the specific question you are answering.

The outline should always include the following parts: 1. Profile of the Requesting Organisation

2. Description of the training context 3. Description of the training needs

The training outline should include the following annexes, if available:

1. Relevant background information of your organization. For example: the latest annual report, HRD plan, Public Notary Registration No. (for Non Profit Organisation) , Strategic Plan, etc.

2. An organizational chart showing the hierarchical and operational structure of the organization, as well as the relationships between the various divisions or units.

During the phase of outline formulation, assistance and advice from Nuffic Neso Indonesia can be called in.

A tailor-made training course is designed to meet specific mid-career staff development needs identified by the Requesting Organisation. It does not lead to a regular degree or diploma. It is of brief duration. The training may not be shorter than two weeks or longer than three weeks and can be spread over a period of one year.

In general, the average budget for group training ranges from € 50,000 to a maximum of € 125,000. As guiding principle: the minimum number of participants is 15, while the maximum is 20 per course event. The training can take place in the country or in both or partly the Netherlands. In the selection process, preference is given to:  proposals for training that will jointly be implemented by a Dutch institution or organization and by an

institution or organization in Indonesia;

 proposals for training that will be conducted partially or entirely in Indonesia;

 proposals for training where at 40% of nominated candidates are female with geographical spread is 50% from outside Java.;

More information about the StuNed tailor-made training programme can be found on Nuffic Neso Indonesia's website: http://www.nesoindonesia.or.id ; and in the StuNed-TM brochure.

Please deliver or send the outline to the Nuffic Neso Indonesia. Applications should not be sent directly to Nuffic or to a Dutch training provider.
