We are glad t o inform you t hat t he 6t h I nt ernat ional Conference on
Social Sciences is now accept ing abst ract s, full papers and post er
present at ions from bot h in-person and virt ual part icipant s worldwide.
The t opics for t he conference include but not lim it ed t o social science,
educat ional, linguist ic, econom ics and business st udies as well as
m ult idisciplinary t opics from ot her fields having relat ions wit h social
sciences. Th e conference will have specific sessions where scient ific
discussions from sim ilar fields t ake place.
All accept ed papers t o t he conference will be published in t he
proceedings book wit h I SBN and in t he scient ific journals wit h I m pact
Fact or as well. I n order t o do t his you will need to select proper
publishin g opt ions in t he online regist rat ion form at t he conference
websit e.
The conference will accept abst ract s t ill 6 June and full papers t ill 4
July 2015.
The fee for single aut hor is 160 € while it varies
depending on your preferences such as publishing in t he I m pact Fact or
Journals.

Abstract and Full Paper Guidelines
Abstract Critical Requirements:
Title: The abstract title should be 12 point Times New Roman and bold.
Author name: Full name of the writer(s), Institution / Affiliation and Email .
Body: The abstract itself should be in 9 point, not bold, single spaced with Arial
Narrow font and should be up to 250 words long. The abstract should be fully
justified.
Keywords: Keywords should be in Arial Narrow, 9 point.
Language: English
Full Paper Critical Requirements:
Paper Size: width:17cm, height: 24cm
Margins: Margins all 1.8 cm
Font Size and Type: 9-pt. TArial Narrow
Line Spacing: Single-space throughout the paper, including the title page,abstract,
body of the document, references, appendixes, footnotes, tables, and figures.
Spacing after Punctuation: Space once after commas, colons, and semicolons
within sentences. Insert two spaces after punctuation marks that end sentences.
Alignment: Justified
Paragraph: No Intendation
Pagination: The page number appears at the center-botoom of each page.
Passive voice: As a general rule, use the passive voice rather than the active voice.
For example, use "It was predicted that ..." rather than "We predicted that ..."
Order of Pages: Title Page, Abstract, Body, References, Footnotes, Tables,
Figures,Appendixes.
Total Page Numbers: Maximum 7500 words.
References: According to the APA (American Psychological Association)
Referencing System.

Q2. Why do I need to pay for registration to the conference?
A.2 The organizing institution, EUSER is a nonprofit platform and the fees are used
for organizational costs.The costs of the conference ICSS, such as expenses of the
conference premises, printed materials, coffee break-coctail-lunch expenses,
transportation, communication, website management, coordinating etc are fulfilled
out of the conference registration fees.
Q3. Is there any fee for publishing in the conference proceedings?
A3. No. ICSS demands no publishing fees for the proceedings book as e-version in
pdf with ISBN. If you inquire a printed hardcopy then only the printing costs will be
asked without any extra charge. Besides if you ask the book to be shipped to your
adress then only the shipping costs will be charged to you normally.
Q4. Why do I need to pay for publishing at the journals listed in your website with
impact factor?
A4. Those journals are not published by EUSER or ICSS Conference. On a special
partnership with the journals EUSER managed to publish a special edition in those
journal with publication fee. The fees collected are directly paid to the journal
coordination and EUSER does not get benefit out of the fees apart from the
communication and organisational expenses which do not effect the participant.
Q. Is publishing of my paper guaranteed in the Impact Factor Journals?
A. Yes. Once your paper is accepted by the scientific committee for the conference,
the publishing in the preferred journals is automatic.
Q. When do I receive the published copies of the proceedings book and the journal?
A. The electronic copies are provided almos a week before the conference dates.
The hard copies are distributed to the in-person participants during the registration at
the desk. The hardcopies of the virtual participants will be shipped to the address
starting from as soon as after the conference.
Q. Can I have my payment refunded?
A. Yes you can have full refund till the abstract submission deadline, 75% refund till
the full paer deadline and 25 % till the payment deadline.You still get full refund as
in-person participant, even after the final payment day if you proove that you could
not get visa for the conference participation.
