Abstract:This research is useful to know the identification of the needs that affect achievement motivation employee CV. Tri Star Kencana Bangkinang. This motivation will encourage individuals to behave actively in order to meet the needs of physiology, safety, social,
esteem and self-actualization. Model Summary of the table can be seen the value of R Square
indicates the variable needs of physiology, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization of the
achievement motivation 88.4%, while the remaining 11.6% are influenced by variables /
factors outside research. Where the value of R = 0.940 mean value of a strong contribution
from variable practice needs physiology, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization of the
achievement motivation that is equal to 94%. And it also can be seen that the constant (α) of 2.587, the coefficient β1 of 0.042, coefficient of 0.003 β2, β3 coefficient of 0.647, coefficient
of -0.091 β4, β5 coefficient of 0.522, so it can be displayed in the form of the equation: Y = 2.587 + 0.042 + 0.003 X1 0.647 X2 + X3 - X4 + 0.091 X5 0.522. Variable physiology,
