Institutional Repository | Satya Wacana Christian University: "Analisis Rasio Camel Terhadap Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (Studi pada BPR Propinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2010 - 2011)"

ABSTRACT
The aim of this is research to determine the health of BPR in Central
Java by using the CAMEL method during the period 2010 - 2011 whether
included in the predicate healthy, fairly healthy, less healthy or unhealthy, and
see which ratio is less support for BPR soundness. CAMEL analysis has five
factors; capital factor using the CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), asset quality
factor using the ratio of NPLs (Non Performing Loan) and PPAP (Allowance
for Earning Assets), management factor using ratios NPM (Net Profit Margin),
earnings factor using ROA (Return on Assets) and BOPO (Operating Expenses
to Operating Income) and the liquidity factor using the ratio of Cash Ratio and
LDR (Loan to Deposit ratio). The benchmark to determine the soundness of a
bank after an assessment of each CAMEL's component as a variable of this
study is by determine the results of the assessment classified to be bank's
soundness ratings. Based on the results of research that has been done on BPR
in Central Java during the study period of 2010 – 2011, states that the health of
BPR in Central Java Province received the healthy predicate because CAMEL
credit score more than 81 (minimum healthy) and asset quality factor using
NPL ratio and PPAP are less support for the bank’s soundness because during
the study period is decreasing and standard limit has not been reached.
