Abstract
Son’s & Audio electronic shop is one of the electronic shop which provide

services to served customer. One problem of this company how can keep in the good
relationship between the company itself with the customer, is so the customer
loyalty and the company can be achieved. The other problem is that the company
wants to know the satisfaction grade of customer to company service. One example
step to face the problem is by using web based CRM. CRM is used as a tool to
connect the company and customer. The method used in this research is prototype
method and likert scale as calculation method. The application can be very useful to
help Son’s & Audio electronic shop to know customer satisfaction and how to keep
good relationship to customer.
