The purpose of this study was to explore the association between manager's role and job satisfaction
among 136 (N) employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (PERSERO) PG.Toelangan-Sidoarjo. The Job
Satisfaction Survey (JSS) Scale was used to measured the level of job satisfaction, and manager's role
