Kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) mengakibatkan meningkatnya
biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) taksi dan berdampak langsung pada kenaikan
tarif. Adapun tarif resmi taksi yang berlaku saat ini sesuai Peraturan Walikota
Malang Nomor 21 Tahun 2005 adalah sebagai berikut ; a). untuk tarif
pertama/buka pintu (flag fall) sebesar Rp.6.000,00 ; b). untuk tarif tiap kilometer
selanjutnya kenaikannya maksimal sebesar Rp.3.000,00 ; c). untuk tarif tunggu
setiap jam sebesar Rp.30.000,00 ; dan d). untuk tarif minimal sebesar
Rp.15.000,00. Studi evaluasi ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan biaya operasional
kendaraan taksi per kilometer dan tarif taksi di Kota Malang.
Studi evaluasi ini mengacu pada Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan
Angkutan Penumpang Umum Di Wilayah Perkotaan Dalam Trayek Tetap Dan
Teratur (Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat). Teknik pengumpulan data yang
digunakan adalah melalui instrumen kuisioner dan intrumen wawancara kepada
pengemudi dan operator dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak
(random sample).
Hasil evaluasi diketahui biaya operasional kendaraan per kilometer taksi
Citra sebesar Rp.2.715,83, taksi Argo Perdana sebesar Rp.2.607,98, dan taksi
Bima sebesar Rp.2.072,22. Dan tarif per kilometer taksi Citra sebesar Rp.2.987,42
dengan tarif awal sebesar Rp.8.962,25, taksi Argo Perdana sebesar Rp.2.868,78
dengan tarif awal sebesar Rp.8.606,33, taksi Bima sebesar Rp.2.279,44 dengan
tarif awal sebesar Rp.6.838,32.
Abstract
The increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) resulted in increased
vehicle operating cost (VOC), taxi and direct impact on the rise
tariffs. The official taxi rates prevailing at this time according to Rule Mayor
Malang No. 21 of 2005 are as follows: a). for tariff
