ABSTRACT

Saham LQ45 merupakan jenis saham yang paling aktif dan paling diminati oleh
pasar investor maupun calon investor (Setyorini,2005). Investor sangat memperhatikan
return di masa yang akan datang dalam melakukan investasi karena investor cenderung
menghindari risiko (Muljono dalam Yumettasari et al.,2006). Penelitian ini mempunyai
tujuan antara lain 1) untuk mengidentifikasi krisis global 2008 dalam memoderasi pengaruh
antara rasio likuiditas terhadap return saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 20062010; 2) untuk mengidentifikasi krisis global 2008 dalam memoderasi pengaruh antara
rasio solvabilitas terhadap return saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2006-2010; 3)
untuk mengidentifikasi krisis global 2008 dalam memoderasi pengaruh antara rasio
profitabilitas terhadap return saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2006-2010; dan 4)
untuk mengidentifikasi krisis global 2008 dalam memoderasi pengaruh antara rasio aktivitas
terhadap return saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2006-2010.
Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Sumber data berasal dari annual report
perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori saham LQ45 selama tahun 2006-2010. Variabel
penelitian antara lain Return Saham, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER),
Return on Asset (ROA), dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO), dan Krisis Global (KG). Return
saham merupakan variabel terikat dan Krisis Global sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian

Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa model yang digunakan tidak
terdapat permasalahan asumsi klasik yang meliputi linearitas, multikolinearitas,
autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas, dan normalitas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
secara simultan variabel likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan aktivitas
berpengaruh terhadap return saham LQ45. Secara parsial, krisis global tidak
mempengaruhi hubungan antara rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio
profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas terhadap return saham LQ45.

Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Return Saham LQ45 Di
Bursa Efek Indonesia Terkait Dengan Krisis Global 2008 Sebagai Variabel
Moderating; Rr. Hafida Satya Aryani; 080810301065; 2012; 94 halaman; Jurusan
Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Jember.

Pasar modal merupakan sarana penghubung antara pihak yang memiliki
kelebihan dana dengan pihak yang kekurangan dana untuk berinvestasi (Tandelilin,
2001:13). Dengan adanya pasar modal, investor dapat menginvestasikan dananya
dengan membeli sejumlah saham untuk memperoleh keuntungan atau return di masa
datang (Nathaniel,2008). Investor sangat memperhatikan return di masa yang akan
datang dalam melakukan investasi karena investor cenderung menghindari risiko
(Muljono dalam Yumettasari et al.,2006). Saham LQ45 merupakan saham yang
terdiri dari 45 perusahaan dari perusahaan besar, mapan dan stabil, memiliki sejarah
pertumbuhan yang baik, memiliki nilai pasar dan likuiditas tinggi. Saham LQ45
merupakan jenis saham yang paling aktif dan paling diminati oleh pasar investor
maupun calon investor (Setyorini,2005). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan
oleh peneliti-peneliti sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih adanya
inkonsistensi penelitian terhadap variabel Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity ratio
(DER), dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO).
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan antara lain 1) untuk mengidentifikasi krisis
global 2008 dalam memoderasi pengaruh antara rasio likuiditas terhadap return
saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2006-2010; 2) untuk mengidentifikasi
krisis global 2008 dalam memoderasi pengaruh antara rasio solvabilitas terhadap
return saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2006-2010; 3) untuk
mengidentifikasi krisis global 2008 dalam memoderasi pengaruh antara rasio

antara rasio aktivitas terhadap return saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun
2006-2010.
Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Sumber data berasal dari annual
report perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori saham LQ45 selama tahun 20062010. Variabel penelitian antara lain Return Saham, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to
Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO), dan
Krisis Global (KG). Return saham merupakan variabel terikat dan Krisis Global
sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan
analisis regresi linear berganda.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa krisis global tidak signifikan
dalam memoderasi pengaruh antara likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, aktivitas
terhadap return saham. Hal ini kemungkinan dikarenakan industri yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini tidak menggunakan sektor perbankan dan asuransi. Sebab, kredit
macet yang terjadi di Amerika Serikat tersebut mempengaruhi likuiditas lembaga
keuangan yang berada di Amerika Serikat maupun di luar Amerika Serikat, misalnya
Lehman Brothers. Hal ini berakibat turunnya kepercayaan investor dalam
menginvestasikan dananya. Di Indonesia, pengaruh krisis global terhadap industri
perbankan mengakibatkan penurunan laju pertumbuhan industri perbankan dari 8,0
persen menjadi 7,4 persen pada tahun 2008, kemudian menurun drastis menjadi 2,4
persen pada tahun 2009 (Business News, 2010). Di sisi lain, krisis global tidak
berpengaruh terhadap kondisi pasar modal di Indonesia, sebab pasar modal di
Indonesia hanya berkontribusi 20% terhadap perekonomian Indonesia (Hadi, 2009).
Sehingga krisis global tidak memoderasi pengaruh antara rasio likuiditas,
solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan aktivitas terhadap return saham.
