Statement number seven concerned with students’ response whether they needed group presentation technique to be applied in Language Teaching

Table 4.2 shows the respondents’ responses as the presenters. For the first statement the results were as follow: there were 3.03 or two students who chose
“strongly disagree”. For “disagree”, there were 10.6 or seven students who chose it. 72.72 or forty-eight students who chose “agree” to the statement. The

rest of the students, those were 13.63 or nine students who chose “strongly agree”. The result indicated that from the presenters’ point of view, the other
presenters conducted the group presentation clearly. Statement number nine asked the respondents whether their group members
in group presentation were cooperative. There was 1.51 or one student who chose “strongly disagree”. There were 3.03 or two students chose “disagree”.
For “agree”, there were 46.97 or thirty-one students chose it. The rest of the students, those were 48.48 or thirty-two students who chose “strongly agree”.
The result showed that most of the respondents considered the members of the group presentation were cooperative.
Statement number ten concerned with the respondents’ answer on whether the audience paid attention to their group presentation. None of the students
chose “strongly disagree”. For “disagree”, there were 12.12 or eight students who chose it. 62.12 or forty-one students chose “agree”. For “strongly agree”,
there were 25.75 or seventeen students who chose it. Based on the result, most of the students agree that as presenters, the audience paid attention to their
presentation. Statement number eleven asked the respondents whether they paid attention
to the other’s group presentation. The result showed that none of the respondents chose “strongly disagree”. While, for “disagree”, there were 4.54 or three
students who chose it. For “agree”, 74.24 or forty-nine students chose it. The rest students, those were 21.21 or fourteen students who chose “strongly
agree”. For statement number eleven, most of the respondents agree that they also paid attention to the other’s group presentation.
