: xiv + 78 pages + 6 attachment D. The content of summary: Due to the reduction of tourists who uses PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali services, resulting in employment termination on some employees. It causes the excess of work force load of manpower in the company. The objective of this research is to analyze the workload and manpower requirements at PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali in accordance with the conditions that occurs to the company, especially on the operational division. The data that used were qualitative and quantitative data, that was taken from data sources, both primary and secondary. In collection of data were done by participatory observation, interviews, and documentations. Determination of informants was done by using purposive sampling, namely to determine the base informant and key informants. While the sampling technique to determine the population, which are all employees of operating divisions. Data analysis techniques in this research used descriptive analysis of qualitative and quantitative, which consists of a workload analysis, manpower requirement analysis, manpower attendence and labor turning. Based on the results of the study, explained that the average yield observations of manpowers in accordance with SOP indicates that the operational division employees of PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali had a lack of time as much as 424 minutes, while the outside of SOP lack of time as much as 489 minutes. If a manpower analysis, the total of operational division of manpower that should be required is 6 instead of 2 people. While the percentage of staff absence operational division at PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali in 2014 was 0,72 per month and the percentage of labor turning at the PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali 2014 is 0, because no manpower turning that occurred during 2014. The suggestion that can be given to PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali that day should immediately hire the employees in order to fulfill the lack of manpower in the company. With the fulfillment the lack of manpower, the workload can be implemented optimally.
