RINGKASAN
Sistem Distribusi Air Bersih Perumahan Mandiri Land Jember Arief Yasa’
Afandy, 041903103051: 2010, 42 halaman; Program Study Diploma III; Jurusan
Teknik Sipil; Fakultas Teknik; Universitas Jember.
Kawasan Mandiri Land merupakan suatu kawasan yang terdiri atas hotel, pusat
perbelanjaan/ mall, perumahan dan fasilitas sosial yang lain, dipilih Kawasan Mandiri
Land karena tidak adanya perencanaan sistem distribusi air bersih oleh pihak
developer dan kebutuhan air bersih perumahan hanya bergantung pada pasokan air
bersih PDAM. Perumahan Mandiri Land sendiri terdiri atas beberapa tipe rumah,
yaitu tipe 36/72, 45/84, 60/105, 75/135 dan 120/195. Saat ini penyediaan air bersih
untuk perumahan Mandiri Land menggunakan 1 sumur untuk 2 rumah. Adanya
perkembangan penduduk dengan segala aktifitasnya, pada kawasan Mandiri Land
memerlukan suatu sistem distribusi air bersih untuk mencukupi kebutuhan air bersih..
Sumber air bersih yang digunakan untuk melayani penduduk perumahan mandiri land
berasal dari 1 sumur bor. Pengambilan air bersih pada 1 sumur bor dilakukan selama
24 jam per harinya. Belum berjalannya sistem jaringan distribusi air bersih di
kawasan Mandiri Land memerlukan suatu perencanaan sistem distribusi air bersih.
Sistem air bersih akan memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih penduduk.
Perencanaan ini terdiri atas beberapa analisis yang meliputi Analisis jumlah
penduduk dan analisis hidrolika. Analisis jumlah penduduk
digunakan untuk
mengetahui jumlah penduduk dan prediksi kebutuhan air bersih, sedangkan untuk
mengetahui kecepatan aliran dalam pipa, diameter pipa dan kehilangan energi pada
pipa digunakan analisa hidrolika.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa jumlah penduduk perumahan mandiri land adalah
sebesar 4416 jiwa, maka nilai debitnya sebesar 236,889 m³/hari.Berdasarkan hasil
analisa dapat disimpulkan nilai debit yang dihasilkan sebesar Q harian max 236,889
m³/hari dan Q jam max 315,852 m³/hari dengan dimensi pipa 3,75 cm, 5 cm dan 7,5
cm dengan kecepatan maksimum 1,1912 m/dtk

RINGKASAN
Sistem Distribusi Air Bersih Perumahan Mandiri Land Jember Arief Yasa’
Afandy, 041903103051: 2010, 42 halaman; Program Study Diploma III; Jurusan
Teknik Sipil; Fakultas Teknik; Universitas Jember.
Kawasan Mandiri Land merupakan suatu kawasan yang terdiri atas hotel, pusat
perbelanjaan/ mall, perumahan dan fasilitas sosial yang lain, dipilih Kawasan Mandiri
Land karena tidak adanya perencanaan sistem distribusi air bersih oleh pihak
developer dan kebutuhan air bersih perumahan hanya bergantung pada pasokan air
bersih PDAM. Perumahan Mandiri Land sendiri terdiri atas beberapa tipe rumah,
yaitu tipe 36/72, 45/84, 60/105, 75/135 dan 120/195. Saat ini penyediaan air bersih
untuk perumahan Mandiri Land menggunakan 1 sumur untuk 2 rumah. Adanya
perkembangan penduduk dengan segala aktifitasnya, pada kawasan Mandiri Land
memerlukan suatu sistem distribusi air bersih untuk mencukupi kebutuhan air bersih..
Sumber air bersih yang digunakan untuk melayani penduduk perumahan mandiri land
berasal dari 1 sumur bor. Pengambilan air bersih pada 1 sumur bor dilakukan selama
24 jam per harinya. Belum berjalannya sistem jaringan distribusi air bersih di
kawasan Mandiri Land memerlukan suatu perencanaan sistem distribusi air bersih.
Sistem air bersih akan memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih penduduk.
Perencanaan ini terdiri atas beberapa analisis yang meliputi Analisis jumlah
penduduk dan analisis hidrolika. Analisis jumlah penduduk
digunakan untuk
mengetahui jumlah penduduk dan prediksi kebutuhan air bersih, sedangkan untuk
mengetahui kecepatan aliran dalam pipa, diameter pipa dan kehilangan energi pada
pipa digunakan analisa hidrolika.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa jumlah penduduk perumahan mandiri land adalah
sebesar 4416 jiwa, maka nilai debitnya sebesar 236,889 m³/hari.Berdasarkan hasil
analisa dapat disimpulkan nilai debit yang dihasilkan sebesar Q harian max 236,889
m³/hari dan Q jam max 315,852 m³/hari dengan dimensi pipa 3,75 cm, 5 cm dan 7,5
cm dengan kecepatan maksimum 1,1912 m/dtk
