3. Produk Baru untuk negara-negara lain
Sementara itu, di negara-negara tujuan ekspor lainnya Perseroan juga meluncurkan beberapa produk baru yaitu:
- April : 3 item GATSBY Face Wash Series untuk Jepang - Juni : 48 item PIXY Colors of Delight Series untuk Malaysia
- Desember : 1 item Mandom Facial Collagen untuk Singapura
Sebagai hasilnya, jumlah produk baru tahun 2011 adalah sebagai berikut:
- Produk baru untuk pasar domestik: 34 item produk baru 20 item, penambahan seri 14 item
- Produk baru untuk pasar internasional: 93 item produk baru 87 item, penambahan seri 6 item
Sementara jumlah produk renewal adalah sebagai berikut: - Produk renewal untuk pasar domestik: 47 item
- Produk renewal untuk pasar internasional: 11 item
Jumlah produk baru dan renewal adalah sebagai berikut: - Produk pasar domestik: 81 item
- Produk untuk pasar internasional: 104 item - Total jumlah produk baru dan renewal di tahun 2011: 185 item.

Transaksi saham Perseroan dalam 2 tahun terakhir: The Company’s Share Transaction in the Past 2 Years:
Kebijakan Pembayaran Dividen Bagi Perseroan, kebijakan pembayaran dividen adalah bentuk
kewajiban Perseroan dalam mengembalikan keuntungan Perseroan kepada Pemegang Saham. Untuk itu, setiap tahunnya Perseroan
berusaha untuk selalu membagikan dividen dengan jumlah dan pay out ratio yang besarannya telah disetujui oleh Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan.
Pada tahun buku 2010, Perseroan telah membayarkan dividen sebesar Rp 340saham atau naik Rp 20saham dari dividen tahun buku
sebelumnya sebesar Rp 320saham. Jumlah pembayaran dividen adalah Rp 68,37 miliar dengan pay out ratio sebesar 52,0.
Di tahun buku 2011, Perseroan mengusulkan pembayaran dividen sebesar Rp 370saham atau naik Rp 30saham dari dividen tahun buku
2010. jumlah pembayaran dividen menjadi Rp 74,40 miliar dengan pay out ratio sebesar 53,1.
Dividend Payment Policy For the Company, dividend payment policy is a form of the Company’s
obligation to return the profit of the Company to the Shareholders. Therefore, every year the Company tries to continuously pay dividend
of which the value and pay out ratio had been approved by the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders.
In the 2010 financial year, the Company had paid dividend of Rp 340 share or an increase of Rp 20share compared to the dividend of the
previous year which was Rp 320share. Total payment of the dividend was Rp 68.37 billion with pay out ratio of 52.0.
For the 2011 financial year, the Company proposed dividend payment of Rp 370share or an increase of Rp 30share compared to the dividend
of the 2010 financial year. Total payment of dividend is Rp 74.40 billion with pay out ratio of 53.1.
